: Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this regulation, the board shall complete the process according to the prevailing Economic Laws and Regulations of the Government of Nepal after obtaining the prior consent of the Ministry of Finance, when dealing with matters involving financial liability to the Government of Nepal.
